Hi, I’m Jamie Quinn.
I don’t call myself a coach because this work goes deeper than a title.
I work with career women who look like they’re holding it all together but inside are exhausted
from over-carrying and over-giving .
This approach came from rebuilding my own nervous system, boundaries, and sense of self , not becoming someone new, but coming home to who I already was.

This is for married, career women over 40 who are doing everything at work and everything at home — and are worn out from carrying it all. If you’re tired of fixing, managing, overthinking, and saying yes when you mean no, you’re in the right place.
This is not for women looking for quick motivation, surface-level mindset tips, or someone to “cheer them on.” This work requires honesty, participation, and a willingness to change patterns that no longer work.
